Flowchart for MACP/Promotion fixation before and after 7th CPC
You may find below the flowcharts for various grade pays depicting, employees basic pay variations for both the cases where an employee receives MACP before 7th CPC fixation and after 7th CPC fixation. It also highlights the difference between the two.
1 Rupee difference or 1 day difference during pay fixation can bring in a huge change in the employee’s net salary. The below flowcharts are plotted based on the 7th CPC recommendation. Please note that the actual pay fixation may be varied after Gazetted notification.

Sir at present my grade pay is Rs.2000/- after MACP but my Junior got grade pay Rs.2400/- under ACP after 12 yr regular service and not got benefit to me of ACP after 12 yr regular service because he is a direct recuritee from Apr. 1996 and I am departmental Exam. promotee from Jan.1996 in the same cadre/post with same deptt. This is a big anomaly between the same cadre, Junior got Rs.2400/-grade pay & Senior got Rs.2000/- grade Pay. but why this anomaly with Seniors, please do the justify with me. I hope U will do needful for justice for Senior in the 7CPC or same. please reply to me.

First of all I am unable to understand about the MACP flow chart. What does it indicates. I have gone through the flow chart it is showing in minus in some grade pay and showing plus in some grade pay & also showing zero. If it is showing minus in some grade pay it means incumbent will loose their present pay. I want clarification who will help me.

My present salary is Rs. 22900 and grade pay of Rs 5400. Pay band is 9300_34800. What my pay to be fixed after seventh pay commission report. In july 2016 I will be entitled for 3rd macp. Kindly let me know future pay fixation after grant of macp.
