Flowchart for MACP/Promotion fixation before and after 7th CPC
You may find below the flowcharts for various grade pays depicting, employees basic pay variations for both the cases where an employee receives MACP before 7th CPC fixation and after 7th CPC fixation. It also highlights the difference between the two.
1 Rupee difference or 1 day difference during pay fixation can bring in a huge change in the employee’s net salary. The below flowcharts are plotted based on the 7th CPC recommendation. Please note that the actual pay fixation may be varied after Gazetted notification.

I am in 4600 Grade pay and my promotional Grade pay is 5400
I want to know that if I got MACP after 7th CPC then what will I get whether 4800 or 5400 level.

I have been promoted as inspector of cbec on 07042006 with grade pay 4600 and completed 10 years on 07042016 & recently in last week got macp with grade pay 4800 wef 08042016. On 01012016 my pay was 17810+4600.
Is it possible or not that I make option that fix macp after release regular increment on 01072016?
Accordingly, let me know pay as on
01072016
And also let me know date of next increment.

sir my basic is 13690 and my grade pay is 2800& PB is 5200-20200. What my pay to be fixed after 7th pay commission ,in July 2016 I will be entitled for second macp.Kindly let me know future pay fixation after grant of macp.

I inform you that at present my basic is 12200 & my grade pay is 2800. In total is 15000. In 6th CPC I got 2800 grade pay on date 1-1-2006. Now I complete 10 years same grade pay. Now my question is can I get macp? what would my new basic?
