Subject: Constant Attendant Allowance to Pensioners
No. 9/1/2020-FD(PIC): The undersigned is directed to say that consequent upon the introduction of the Manipur Services(Revised Pay) Rules, 2019, the Governor of Manipur is pleased to revise the Constant Attendant Allowance from existing Rs.3000/- to Rs.4500/- per month with effect from 01/04/2020, to the pensioners who retired on disability pension under the Manipur Services(Extraordinary Pension) Rules, 1995, for 100% disability (where the individual is completely dependent on somebody else for day to day functions) in addition to the disability pension.
