Sub: Denial of LC Gate Allowance to the Gate Keepers/Gate Men Operating Department in Railways — reg.
Ref: (i) NFIR’s letter No.I/5(g) Part-VI dated 04.06.2018 & 17.08.2018.
(ii) NFIR’s letter No.I/5(g)/2019 dated 22.08.2019.
(iii) Railway Board’s reply to NFIR vide No.PC/VII/2018/R-U/8 dated 14th March, 2019.
Kind attention of Railway Board is invited to the Board’s reply to NFIR vide letter No.PC/II/2018/R-U/8 dated 14th March, 2019. Vide Annexure-II of Board’s reply it has been stated that NFIR’s reference No.I/5(g) Part-VI dated 17.08.2018 has not been received in PC-VII Directorate. It was also stated in Board’s reply that if the issue raised by NFIR vide letter dated 17.08.2018 is not covered by RBE No.44/2018 dated 6th March, 2018, copy of NFIR,’s letter dated 17.08.2018 may be provided for examination.
In the above context, copies of NFIR’s letters listed below are enclosed.
1. I/5(g) Part-VI dated 04.06.2018.
2. I/5(g) Part-VI dated 17.08.2018.
3. I/5(g)/2019 dated 22.08.2019.
NFIR once again urges upon the Railway Board to kindly take immediate action for granting LC Gate Allowance to the Gate keepers/Gate Men of operating Department with effect from 01.07.2017.
