(iv) Railway Board’s letter No. PC-VIU2016/R-U/35 dated 19/04/2018 addressed to GS/NFIR duly enclosing copy of Railway Board’s O.M.No.PC-VII/2016/R-U/35 dated 12/04/2017 sent to MoF (Deptt. of Exp).
(v) NFIR’s letter No.IV/NFIR/7th CPC(Imp)/2016/R.B./Part II dated 24/10/2018, 15/12/2019 & 22/01/2019 to Railway Board.
(vi) Railway Board’s letter No. PC-VII/2018/Misc/7 dated 11/10/2019 to GS/NFIR
Further to the communications cited above, the Railway Board vide letter dated 11/10/2019 conveyed to the Federation that the matter has since been referred to the Ministry of Finance [item iii of Annexure A to AMS’s d.o. reminder dated 23/09/2019 to Addl Secretary (Pers) Ministry of Finance/Department of Expenditure] but thereafter, a period of over two months has passed, unfortunately, no progress with regard to clearance of MoF, has been apprised to the Federation.
NFIR, therefore, once again urges upon the Railway Board to kindly approach the Ministry of Finance and obtain clearance soon to facilitate placement of Dressers/OT Assistants working in the Railway Hospitals/Health Units at entry level in GP-2000/Pay Level-3.
