The Secretary (E),
Railway Board,
New Delhi
Dear Sir,
Sub: Employees’ Camps organized under Staff Benefit Fund Scheme for the benefit of Persons with Disabilities in Railways — Extension of travel facilities and other privileges — reg.
Ref: NFIR’s letter No.II/28/Part VI dated 26/01/2018.
Kind attention of Railway Board is invited to Federation’s letter No. II/28/Part VI dated 26/01/018 wherein Federation requested to issue instructions for granting special casual leave and passes to the differently abled Railway employees who are desirous of participating in the Employees Camps under SBF Scheme. Federation feels disappointed to state that though a period of over one year passed, action to redress this genuine demand has not been taken.
While enclosing copy of its letter dated 26/01/2018, NFIR again urges upon the Railway Board to consider the matter and issue instructions to the General Managers of Zones etc for granting special casual leave/passes to the differently abled Railway staff for participating in the camps/tours organized under SBF Scheme. A copy of instructions issued may be endorsed to the Federation.
DA/One
Yours faithfully,
(Dr M. Raghavaiah)
General Secretary
