Sub: Service Certificates issued to the retiring railway employees — modification of proforma-requested.
Ref: NFIR’s letter No. II/28/Part VI dated 15/03/2017.
The Federation vide its letter dated 15/03/2017 conveyed to the Railway Board the deficiencies noticed in the Service Certificate issued to the retired Railway employees and the Last Pay Certificate issued to the staff on transfer and requested Board’s intervention and instructions to redesign the formats. Federation is disappointed to state that there is no response to Federation’s communication even after a period of more than nine months.
While enclosing copy of its letter dated 15/03/2017 (together with enclosures), NFIR once again requests the Railway Board to issue instructions to redesign formats of Service Certificate and Last Pay Certificate taking into account a modifications suggested by the Federation.
A copy of the instructions issued may be endorsed to the Federation.
