    Sir,
I think there is no extra risk and resposibility of X Gp Hony Nb Sub than the Y Gp Hony Nb Sub who belongs in clericl cadre in the Army. Indeed whole Armed forces Offices/personnel are depending upon the functioning of clerical cadre from a niddle to aeroplane and enrolment to discharge but in the scale of pay/pensionery benefits clerks are became downgraded/useless in front of officers and other GD cadre that’s why so many mistakes in preparation of an important instructions relating to pay and pensions in respect of PBOR is happened irregularities. Is there any person to look into the matter to realise the fact of injustice bearing by the clerical staff? no because all are against the clerical cadre except the X Gp cadre person..

Hon,nb,sub, serving 26 years in army X group. They are getting correct pension ₹11205 as same as regular nb,sub in X group. But in the Y group hon, nb,sub, getting different pension of ₹ 8783. Even they also serving 26 years. In Y group of regular nb,sub, getting ₹10405. So according to above as we say that orop so where is your orop.

what are the reason that the one man judicial committee report is not being made public or disclosed. It should be immediately disclosed so that public can observe actual report submitted by the justice. If the Govt wants to have any amendment that can be taken later also.
