Public Notice for addressing anomalies on One Rank One Pension (OROP)
Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare vide Public Notice No. 12(39)/2015/D(Pen/Pol)(Part-V) dated 13.04.2016 had invited representation, suggestions/views on the revised pension as notified under OROP order dated 03.02.2016, to the MoD, DESW through post or by email by 29th April 2016.
2. Keeping in view several representations received requesting for the extension of last date for submission of representation, suggestions/views on the revised pension as notified under OROP orders, the last date of the submission of representation, suggestions/views has been extended upto 15th May 2016.

Sir, The definition of one rank one pension as approved by the Govt has been changed by issuing DOPT order. One rank one pension means same pension for same rank for same length of service irrespective of date of retirement. The pension table must be applicable for all from 1.7.2014 and onwards. The solution of this problem is that the date of retirement should be finished. The pension should be of current date.

E X J W O M P Sah I retired after 32yrs of service and pensioned for 28 yrs down grading to four yrs juniors pension. Kindly look into it and empty block of table 7 maybe revised upto 35yrs or more .I request my chief of air staff ‘ o i c p w w ‘ A F R O ‘ and other above authority to pay attention for O R O P. Thanking to all authority .

In the year of 2008 UPA govt have promise on tv regarding 70% pension for jawan and 4 bend for Ltcol Lt col has been implimated 4 Bend but sorry to say poor jawan is locking to sky for 70 % pension

In three services people are trying for jco rank and only 15% approx are geting N sub rank after putting miximum services yrs in Hav rank and miximum affords but when he retired his pension and one Hav pension is almost near by
