4992. SHRI DEEPENDER SINGH HOODA:
Will the Minister of DEFENCE
be pleased to state:
(a) the objective of forming a one man judicial Committee on One Rank One Pension (OROP);
(b) the details of the key recommendations of the Committee;
(c) whether the Government has implemented the recommendations of the Committee;
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; and
(e) the time by which the report is going to be made available in the public domain?

IN THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
(a) to (e): The Judicial Committee on One Rank One Pension (OROP) was appointed to look into the anomalies arising out of implementation of OROP. The Committee has submitted its Report to the Government on 26.10.2016 which is still under examination.

Don’t understand, which language and pattern YOUR HONOUR have used, not readable to anyone in ministry,so that it could be possible to study.
