OROP anomalies committee report seems to be bigger and more complicated than the OROP decision itself, else GoI would have not taken this long (already more than 7 months) to study and implement the same. The most surprising part of this case is that it is neither being reported by print nor by electronic media, whereas ESM are still sitting at Jantar-Manter. Besides, opposition parties have also stopped talking about this issue. So by now it should be very clear to the mil veterans that nobody other than GoI itself is going to help them in resolving this issue once for all. Therefore, let us all find out a way to approach the govt only in this regard.

after five months the report is under examination. what is the purpose of appointing a high court chief justice , govt could have appointed an LDC to collect the greviences. after all an honourble can’t give any decision, it is to be taken by IAS only.

Sir, old aged pre 2006 Pensioners are getting the minimum pension only as per the fit ment chart. After a long leagal battle, they got court order for full pension after 20 Yrs service, but rgerding this court judgment, DoP, not given OM to the PAO and PAO says this court judgment is applicable only for the retires after 2006. So the pre 2006 Pensioners are still getting the minimum pension only! What an injustice! We want pension full pension as per the old calculation. The govt. Changed the method of pension calculation with out the consent of pre 2006 Pensioners. Instead of 50% last drawn pay now giving 50% of starting pay and grade pay! so low paid pensioners are getting half pension only by comparing the old calculation! This is not tolarable one!The prime minister also silent about this injustice! Why?

Why Govt is so lethargic on this issue. Why is it still under examination? I don’t understand the very reason.
