CORRIGENDUM

Subject: One Rank One Pension (OROP) to the Defence Forces personnel.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Ministry letter No. 12(1)/2014/D(Pen/Pol)-Part-II dated 7.11.2015. The following amendments are made in said letter:
Line 2 of Para 4
For: 13(3)1(i)(b), 13(3)1(iv)
Read: 13(3)I(i) (b), 13(3)II(i)(b), 13(3)III(iv)
All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
This issues with the concurrence of Finance Division of this Ministry vide their ID Note No. PC.1 to 10(11)/2012/Fin/Pen dated 305.2017.

Sir I no 15388427P ex ACP-ll Prasenjit Panda retired from Indian Army after completion 17yrs 06months and 09days.Before retirement I completed my E.F.S. CL-l. I was retired on 31st August 2012.from that I know n as a Cl-l E.F.S. please sir take nessasary action that I get my pending allowance.

sir I jc378442k ex honey sub major vijay Kumar retired from corps of Signals on 31 January 2015. I am not getting OROP till date .

Sir I No- 15388427p Prasenjit Panda retired on 31 St August 2012 with acp-ll.and disability pension. I served Indian Army 17yrs 06 month and 09 days. My service pension was 7555 and according to the 7 the pay commission 19417.but my orop factor not followed for me.also I have completed cl- l trade course before retirement. Till CL allowance yet not aded with my pension. Now how much can I get?

Sir my OROP Payment not credit in my account. Bank said you are not applicable for OROP . OROP only before retirement 1/7/2014. I retire from Army corps of Signals 1 sep 2014 . Please suggest me for OROP benifit . My Army no 15366258y hony nb sub Bidyanand sah . Mob no 7016700206.
