Non Receipt of OROP Arears
Sir,
I Ex- Hav Balchand kisan Hase would like to inform you that i have still not received OROP Arears and my Pension has still not been revised. At present i am receiving only Rs. 10,029/- basic amount as my monthly pension.
Sir I service 26 years in EME Corp in Indian ARMY. In my batch in which i retired all members get OROP Facility Except me.
I Kindly Request you to please send me a valuable feed back..

Sir,
I Jc.764261F Ex Sub MA Salam was retired wef 28 Feb 2015. My basic pension is Rs 11970/-.The person who has retired after 30 Jun 2014 was not granted the benefits of OROP as per Govt notification. But the pension of all retired person were revised as per notification of Jan 2013. As per this notification the Basic pension of subedar of 30 yrs service (y gp) was revised for all at 11970/-. The basic pension of Jco who retired before Jun 2014 was revised at 11970 whic has subsequently revised to Rs 12269/-as per OROP. Now jco retired before Jun 2014 is drawing more pension than Subedar retired after Jun 2014. So the purpose of OROP does not meet at all. May I know that this difference of pension in same rank would be rectified in 7th CPC.
Plz let know whether the benefits of OROP will be given to JCOs/OR who has retired after Jun 2014 in this 7th CPC. Plz clarify the issue in details.
