The Government of India’s Ministry of Railways, through Railway Board, issued a notification (PC-VII No.: 214, RBE No.: 28/2024) dated 20.03.2024, regarding the grant of Dearness Relief to Railway pensioners and family pensioners, with revised rates effective from 01.01.2024. The notification includes a copy of the Office Memorandum No. 42/02/2024-P&PW/(D) dated 13.03.2024 from the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions (Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare), to be followed for information and compliance.

This order shall apply mutatis mutandis on Railways also.
