The following issues be considered for discussion in the meeting to be held with the Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare:-
(i) Issuance of revised PPOs:-
Representations are received that the revised PPOs have not been issued to the Pensioners in Railways and other department. It would therefore be necessary to obtain status report from each ministry and fix target date for completion of the issuance of revised PPOs to all Pensioners.
(ii) Supply of complete copy of settlement file to the Pensioners at the time of retirement -Instructions to Ministries may be issued.
(iii) Pension adalats are not conducted regularly as per laid down policy. Action needs to be taken to see that pension Adalats are held regularly.

यह मंत्रालय को संतुष्ट करने का इनका तरीका है ये पी० सी० डी० ए० पेंशन इलाहाबाद और बैंकों की मिलीभगत है ? पेंशन अदालत में भी बैंक वाले घूम फिरकर टी०ए०डी०ए० बना लेते हैं १० जुलाई २०१४ को जबलपुर की पेंशन अदालत में मेरी कम पेंशन का केस लगा था जिस पर एस०बी०आई० सी पी पी सी भोपाल ने कोई भुगतान नहीं किया ! आज तक भी २०११ और २०१४ में छठे वेतन आयोग के पी०पी०ओ० रिकार्ड के माध्यम से पेंशनरों को नहीं भेजे गये हैं !
आप स्वयं देखें कि २०११ में नम्बर १४५७८३३१ एम० /सी० एफ०एन०/व्ही० एम०/एम०भी० दिनेश कुमार शर्मा ई० एम० ई० १६ साल एक माह का पी० पी०ओ० जारी है और २०१४ में नम्बर ६९२९४१३ एन एक्स हवालदार वी० ग्रुप मुकेश कुमार शर्मा सर्विस १६ साल ०३ माह ०९ दिन के नाम जारी किया गया है आज दिनांक तक हम दोनों भाईयों को पी०पी०ओ० नहीं मिले हैं ए०ओ०सी० रिकार्ड ने मेरे आवेदन के जबाब में पी०पी०ओ० अप्राप्त होने का जबाब दिया है !
वहीं सूचनार्थ पत्र की कापी इलाहाबाद को दिया था जहां से जबाब नहीं मिला है ! पी० सी०डी०ए० पेंशन इलाहाबाद के संगम प्रोजेक्ट की जांच होना चाहिए वहीं पी०सी०डी०ए० पेंशन के किस अधिकारी ने पेंशन एवं कार्मिक मंत्रालय को ओ० के० रिपोर्ट दिये हैं उनकी सच्चाई का पता लगना चाहिए क्योंकि अभी भी छठे वेतन आयोग के पी०पी०ओ० डिस्पेच नहीं किये गये हैं !
