Implementation of SPARSH for Defence Civilian Pensioners: Vigilance Clearance In R/O GP ‘B’ Officers In R/O O GP ‘B’ Officers
The Central Record Office (Officers) of the Military Engineer Services in Delhi Cantt has issued a letter, CRO/4/15/SPARSH/11/Coord, dated June 2, 2023. The letter is addressed to various authorities, including the E-in-C’s Branch/E1B and Assistant Director Generals (ADGs) in Guwahati, Kirkee (Pune), Jammu (J&K), and Chennai (TN), as well as several HQ Chief Engineers in different commands.
The purpose of the letter is to address the implementation of SPARSH (an undisclosed system or program) for defense civilian pensioners. It highlights the delay in receiving Vigilance Clearances from formations, despite previous communications on the matter.

2. It is noticed that despite of above referred letters formations are not submitting the Vigilance Clearance in time.
3. It is requested that necessary direction May please be issued to al the formations under your AOR to send the Vigilance Clearance duly signed by the Head of the Office through mail to CRO (e-mail ID) : cromes-mes@nic. in) invariably on last day/next working day of superannuation to avoid delay in release of the payment immediately due on account of gratuity & commutation.
