ABSTRACT
PENSION / FAMILY PENSION – Submission of Certificates by the Pensioners and Family Pensioners – Attestation for Non-employment / Re-employment Certificate and Non-remarriage / Non-marriage Certificate – Dispensed with – Orders – Issued.

1. G.O.Ms.No.103, Finance (Pension) Department, dated: 31-03-2015.
2. From the Director of Treasuries and Accounts Letter No.7783 / 2013 / E2, dated: 15-05-2015.
ORDER:
In the Government Order read above, among others, orders were issued to the effect that all State Government Pensioners including Family Pensioners shall furnish additional information along with Life Certificate with photo, Non employment / Re-employment Certificate and Non-remarriage / Non-marriage Certificate, as the case may be, in the prescribed format as indicated in the Annexure-I to III to the G.O. cited at the time of annual mustering.
2. In the reference second read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, while explaining the hardships in obtaining attested certificates by Pensioners / Family Pensioners, has requested for modification of the format of Non-employment / Re-employment Certificate and Non-remarriage / Non-marriage Certificate without attestation by an attesting authority, as the entire responsibility of the genuineness of the declaration rests only with the Pensioners / Family Pensioners concerned.
3. The Government has examined the above proposal of the Director of Treasuries and Accounts and decided to accept it. Accordingly, Government direct that the attestation in the Non-employment / Re-employment Certificate and Non-remarriage / Non-marriage Certificate as required in Annexure-II and Annexure-III to the G.O. cited is dispensed with. However, the entire responsibility of the genuineness of the declaration rests only with the Pensioners / Family Pensioners concerned due to self declaration given by them.
4. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts shall issue suitable instructions to the Pension Disbursing Officers to accept the Non-employment / Re-employment Certificate and Non-remarriage / Non-marriage Certificate, as the case may be, without attestation.
