Dear Sir,

I/we, the undersigned, have examined and familiarised me /ourselves with “Atal Pension Yojana (APY)”and Guidelines under APY as prescribed by the Govt./PFRDA from time to time.

2. We are desirous of registering as a Bank for providing prescribed services to the potential APY subscribers who are having a savings account with <Bank Name>.

3. We hereby agree to perform activities prescribed under APY scheme details, rules/guidelines prescribed by PFRDA and the Ministry of Finance, GOI from time to time.

4. We confirm that we have understood and agree to abide unconditionally by all the requirements as set out in “Atal Pension Yojana”.

5. We hereby undertake to register with the PFRDA under PFRDA (Point of presence (POP) REgulation 2015 in due course.

It is hereby confirmed that I/We are entitled to act on behalf of our Bank and empowered to sign this letter as well as other such letters/documents which may be required for registration.
