Constitution of an Empowered Committee of Secretaries to process the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission
The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has given its approval for setting up an Empowered Committee of Secretaries under the Chairmanship of Cabinet Secretary, in order to process the recommendations of 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) in an overall perspective.
The Empowered Committee of Secretaries will function as a Screening Committee to process the recommendations with regard to all relevant factors of the 7th CPC in an expeditious detailed and holistic fashion.

all technician staff of Electtric Loco Shed GMO,East Central Railway Dhanbad are requested to submit the actual demand through your portal are details given below:-
1. Khalasi-pay minimum Rs-21000/-
2.Khalasi/Helper pay minimum Rs- 26000/-
3.Technician -III pay minimum Rs-28000/-
4.Tecnician -II pay minimum Rs-34000/-
5. Tecnician-I pay minimum Rs-42000/-
6. Sr.Technician pay minimum Rs-48000/
For Sr.Technician have no any scope in feature promotion .so it is necessary their pay band should be in two step as 1st Rs-48000/- and after 08 years should be Rs-54000/- due to all mention demands are faith and Technician is the heart of indian railway .their participation more than 95 % but ignored by all previous pay commission regarding pay fixation.
trade union only talk with railway board about running staff or traffic staff/commercial staff.
Risk allowance for Technician should be induced due to they serve their duty with most dangerous condition.

as per recommendation of fifth pay commission those employees appointed between 1969 to 1987 and whose pay Rs-5375// in scale Rs-4500-7000/- are entitle for 1st class privilege pass and pto as well as sixth pay commission clarified that who all ready entitle for 1st class , may issue 1st class pass but at present maximum staff are far to enjoy of pass .
so, please clarify me ,while 1st class pass may issue or not as per appointment date is between 1969-1987
to railway staff ,if yes pllease mention the basic pay and grade pay or if not ,please brief reason why not?
