According to Nobel laureate Dr. Amartya Sen in his social choice theory &welfare economics” A deep complementarity between formal and informal reasoning is one of the charateristics of social choice theory.
For example, been suggested that “a Camel is a horse “designed by an one man committee”.
This is grocely injustice done by an once upon General in command of Chief Justice. I was in side the court room of Ecca albert hall at Fort Willium , Kolkata while very lucid way the proceedings were going on .The arroma of vapour of the discussion going on by the Rtd.chief Justice Reddy by praising Bengali intelectuality and thoughts of today and tomorrow I was too much overwhelmed and concentrated on my writting the bogus story of the kings who was once upon a time felt so powerfull to hanging accused person till death , is feeling so much empty magazine after retirement that he has to manage and agreed to a new tyranny king (once the tea wala) to head one eyed committee to enjoy the power of OROP JUDICIAL COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN.
Mr.ex Chief Justice Reddy, though you personally instigated people to be violent and reply like other state, but I was saliently writing” the bogus story of the kings” and implementation of OROP and really filling pity on you the Rtd.Chief Justice once so big powerfull position involved in this type of job which no true path of welfare Economics and social choice justified.

why One-man judicial committee on One Rank One Pension (OROP) is being secret? let the public know the full report of one man commission. though the public knows that any commission will give such reports as per Govt. desires, nevertheless no report should be secret and let Govt. do anything thereafter, especially when mr. Jaitley is the fin minister, who is dead against the defence forces and mr.. Parikar who is the weakest and good for nothing defence minister.

    OROP REPORT
MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE IN PUBLIC DOMAIN WHETHER IT WAS TO REALLY ACT OR SIMLY TO FOOL LIKE PCDA 568.
WHY OROP SHOULD NOT BE DELINKED?
Why pensions of POST 2006. VIDE PCDA 471 BE DELINKED.
