Revised Combined Training Modules of Chief Loco Inspectors (Diesel & Electric)
In RBE No.105/2023 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) on September 4, 2023, it is announced that the training modules for Loco Inspectors (Diesel & Electric) have been revised. These modules were originally introduced in response to Board’s letter no. E (MPP) 2009/03/26 dated July 13, 2009 (RBE no. 127/2009) and were circulated to various railway departments. The revision aims to enhance the structure of training for Chief Loco Inspectors (CLIs) in Diesel and Electric locomotives.

Sub: Revised Combined Training Modules of Chief Loco Inspectors (Diesel & Electric)
Vide Board’s letter no. E (MPP) 2009/03/26 dt. 13.07.2009 (RBE no. 127/2009), training modules for Loco Inspectors (Diesel & Electric) were circulated to all Zonal Railways/ PUs etc. and uploaded on “Indian Railways’ website under heading MPP Training Circulars.
2. In order to have a better structured training, the existing training modules of Loco Inspectors (Diesel & Electric) have been reviewed, and a revised combined training module for Induction & Refresher Training of Chief Loco Inspectors (CLIs) (Diesel & Electric) have been prepared by Electrical/TRS Directorate, and approved by Board (Member/TRS).
3. Accordingly, the revised combined training module for Induction & Refresher Training of Chief Loco Inspectors (Diesel & Electric) has been scanned and uploaded under MPP Training Circulars on ‘Indian Railways’ website and can be viewed or downloaded from railnet.
