The undersigned is directed to refer to General Secretary, NFIR’s letter No.1/8(A/H) dated 25.5.2o1s in the subject matter and to’state that the zonal Railways have been advised appropriately in the matter as per copy enclosed herewith.
As regards the increase in the honorarium for homeopathic dispensers workinq in 4 hourly dispensaries at par with Ayurvedic Dispensers, it is stated that due to limited funds available under Siaff Benefit Fund or ISM,theproposal is not feasibIe for acceptance for the time being.
