Clarification regarding cost ceiling of attendants engaged in lieu of TADK through contracted manpower outsourcing agency
The Indian Ministry of Railways, through the Railway Board, has issued a clarification regarding the cost ceiling of attendants engaged in lieu of TADK (Travelling Allowance Daily Allowance Kit) through contracted manpower outsourcing agencies. The amendment to the Board’s previous letter states that in cases where posts cannot be manned, attendants may be provided by Zones through contracted manpower outsourcing agencies, but the cost ceiling of such attendants should not exceed the bottom of Level-1 in the Pay Matrix of the 7th Central Pay Commission plus applicable D.A. This clarification is effective immediately.
