Attention is invited to this office letters of even no. dated 20.12.2018, 04.01.2019, 15.01.2019 and 25.01.2019 wherein a list of 109 firms has been circulated from whom the zones/PUs are supposed to procure medicine/Pharmaceutical products. As per laid down stipulation. these firms are supposed to deposit Rs. 50,000/- towards registration fees for a period of three years with all zones/Pus.
Some of the zones/Pus have raised queries about continued registration of firm that have not deposited Rs. 50,000/- registration fees so far for procurement of pharmaceuticals products.
The issue has been considered and the following dispensation is laid down for action by the zone in the matter:-
1. The tender enquirers may be sent 31st march. 2019 to all the 109 firms circulated so far irrespective of the whether the firm has deposited Rs. 50,000/- registration fees or otherwise.
2. If firm happens to be L1, the zones will ensure that the firm has deposited Rs. 50,000/- towards registration fees before issuance of P.O. (Purchase Order).
3. If a firm submits registration fees of Rs. 50,000/- in a zone/PUs, such zone/Pus will place a copy of money receipt issued on the Health Care What-app group and also on zonal website. They will also send a copy thereof to this office.
4. A letter is being addressed from this office to all the approved firms for ensuring deposit of Rs. 50,000/- latest by 31st March, 2019 for continued registration for a period of three years.
5. At the end of every month, a consolidated list of firms that have deposited Rs. 50,000/- registration fees will be circulated to all the zones/Pus by railway Board.
