Retirement age of central government employees should increase to 62 in order to reduce the depression and loneliness of the ppl of that age group which is increasing lots of negativity in the society.
ppl of that age r still young and energetic and nw a days due to late marriages they r not able to fulfil their family responsibility.
Also their wide experience can be utilized.
If politicians can work and think of running the country with full potential then why not government employees.
Its the right time to enhance their retirement age to 62.
