Subject: 1st Meeting of the Anomaly Committee to be held on 1/12/2016 under the Chairmanship of Secretary (P) on the calculation of the Disability Pension for Defence Forces’ Personnel as per the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
The first meeting of the Anomaly Committee under the Chairmanship of Secretary (P), will be held on 1st December, 2016 at 11.00 A.M. in Room No. 190, North Block, New Delhi on the calculation of the Disability Pension for Defence Forces’ Personnel as per the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission. The detailed agenda note will follow.

Sir, I am HFO (Retd.) R Ramachandran retired on 01 May 2009.I was getting a basic pension of Rs 13500/- till 24 th Sep 2012.Since pre -2006 is getting a basic pension of Rs 15465/- p.m from 01 Jan 2006 I am also eligible to get Rs15465/- from my retirement date i.e 01 May 2009. till 23 rd Sep 2012. Also HFO length of service is supposed to be 33 years and not 32 years there by basic pension as per OROP is supposed to be Rs 16160/- and not Rs 16090/- Regards HFO (Retd.) R Ramachandran.

Those who have joined CBI on deputation to grade A in grade pay 7600 on 30.06.2016 from Nationalised Bank. what will be criteria for pay fixation along with formula and DOPt notifications / circulars.
