Subject : – Amendment in the Rajasthan Government Servants’ General Provident Fund Rules, 1997.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution and Rule 21B of Rajasthan Service Rules, 1951, the Governor hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Government Servants’ General Provident Fund Rules, 1997, namely :—
1. These rules may be called the Rajasthan Government Servants’ General Provident Fund (Amendment) Rules 2017,
2. They shall be come into force with effect from 01.10.2017.
3. (a) the existing sub-rule (ix) of Rule 2 shall be substituted by the following, namely :-
“(ix) “Pay” means pay drawn in Levels in the Pay Matrix.
(b) the existing clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 11 shall be substituted by the following, namely :-
“(i) Monthly deposit shall be on the basis of the pay drawn by the subscriber in Level in the Pay Matrix as under :-
