  1. BRAVE PUBLIC says

    July 10, 2016 at 12:54 pm

My suggestion and request to all central Government employees is, we better to avoid 7th pay commission. if congress Government would come next term, we try to get a good pay because BJP is not good for Govt. employees. We should expect Congress Government and all to vote for Congress next election. We are the only persons paying Income Tax without fail and properly. BJP Government proudly saying Country’s economy raised 7.5% percent but no money in government treasury for good hike to employees, which is true? public giving statement jealously why government giving to much amount as salary to govt. employee, if public wants this much good salary and income they should urge to Central Government to give employment for all, because 6 lakh vacancies not yet filled in central Government. So, people wants this is much salary ask government don’t try to hamper central government employees benefits.

SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND AIRMEN (JCO/NCO/Ors) DEMORALISED

Military Service Pay (MSP) brought into force with effect from 1st September 2008.

It is a COMPENSATION paid to the Armed Forces personnel as recognition for the INTANGIBLE ASPECTS LINKED TO THE SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THEIR SERVICES as replied by our honourable Defence Minister to the Rajya Sabha on 15th March 2016.

Now, if you go through the meaning of compensation it says: – something, typically money, awarded to someone in recognition of loss, suffering, or injury.

If you go through the meaning of intangible it says: – unable to be touched; not having physical presence.

If you go to see the meaning of special conditions it says about adverse climatic, adverse terrain, rough sea and adverse natural conditions in case of the Armed Forces.

If you go to see the loss, suffering and injury; you will find maximum loss, suffering and injury occurs to the JCO/NCO/Ors.

Then how the COMPENSATION is less to JCO/NCO/Ors and higher to Military Nursing Staff (MNS) and Commissioned Officers???

    i) Commissioned Officers :- Rs. 15500.00 per month
ii) Military Nursing Staff (MMNS) :- Rs.10800.00 per month
iii) Soldiers/Sailors/Airmen(true combatants) :- Rs. 5200.00 per month

Is it not the duty of our Parliamentarians/Judiciary/Media/intellectuals to think it seriously to understand the agony of the Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen for the interest of the National Security ???

    Jai HInd.
