BJP leadership is known to be anti employee as seen in Gujarat. Recruitment process of administrative subordinate employees was stopped for more than two decades. Meanwhile started contractual appointments on fix pay which is about 25-40% of the regular pay. Daily allowance of Rs. 100 for tour of one full day. Violates its own Notification of Minimum Wages Act 1948, Violates Hon. High Court orders for employee exploitation. Continues officers which fit in their channel of money minting even after retirement as a special qualification. Those officers who do not fit in this are being picked up and thrown out at any cost by whatever means they like on charges contrary to facts, record, Government orders and even the laws of the land. There are few hundred such cases in Gujarat., Those who are honest and courageous are in continuous fight with Gujarat Government of course legally, which takes a long time to get the result as there is no service tribunal under Article 323-A of the constitution.

What is going wrong with the NSJA and the Gov’t. A hide and sick play to avoid strike. It is unnecessary to form a so called high level committee to determine the minimum pay hike and fitments. Just to lost time and not to give the arrears allowance for another four or six months. If this is the stand points of Unions then we are in a deep trouble to belive these people. All are going hopeless.
