I am a retired pensioner from MES. MY BASIC PAY AT THE TIME OF RETIREMENT IN 8000-275-13500 PAY SCALE WAS RS.10750 2 nd ACP FROM 9.8.99 AFTER THE COURT ORDER IN OA 469 OF 2008 JUDGEMENT DELIVERED ON 23.2.2011 THE PAY SCALE APPROVED TO 10000-325-15200, I OPTED TO FIX MY PAY FROM THE DATE OF NEXT INCREMENT FALLS DUE. MY INCREMENT DATE IS 1 st APRIL 2000 , MY PAY-FIXATION 10000-325-15200 PAY SCALE FIXED AS RS.10650 THERE BY REDUCING MY BASIC BY RS.100. WHEN I POINTED OUT TO THE CRO ( OFFICERS ) DELHI, HE ASSERTRD THAT PAY FIXED FROM 6500-200-10500 TO 10000-325-15200 AS PER COURT ORDER IS CORRECT, I DON’T UNDER STAND HOW MES DEPARTMENT REDUCE MY PAY TO RS.10650 IN HIGHER SCALE WHEN I WAS DRAWING RS.10750 ON 1.4.2000. PLEASE TAKE UP MY CASE TO ANOMOLY COMMITEE AND REDRESS MY GRIVANCE APPEAL WHICH I HAVE MADE TO CRO ( OFFICERS ) DELHI. MES134061 KRISHNASWAMY APPANNA. Pay Band 3 & Pay Band 4 muddle in arbirarily s eleting S24 alone to Pay Band 4 should be redressed S 23 should also be upgraded to Pay Band 4.
