consequent upon the decisions taken by the Government on the recommendations of the Seventh Central Pay commission relating to Refreshment Allowance entitlements for Players/Coaches/Officials/Attendants for championships and coaching camps organized by Railway sports promotion board the rates of refreshment allowance may be revised as under:
