Dear Sir,
As you are aware, the Central Government has accepted the recommendations of the Seventh Central Pay Commission. The Notification dated 25.7.2016 has since been issued by the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance a copy of which is enclosed.
2. You are requested to furnish the comments of the State Government on the proposed recommendations immediately and positively by 3rd August, 2016 through Fax. If no reply is received by this time, it would be presumed that the State Government concurs with the said proposals relating to the revision of pay scales of AIS Officers.

I am pensioner since 1993 and now live in Canada as NRI I don’t get more details about my pension deposited in SBI . what I am entitled is not clear from time to time AND BEFOREE THE 2006 RETIRED WHAT I MAY GET MORE PENSION NOW?

It is quite surprising that media reporting that hike salary will be given from the month of august 2016 whereas Gazette Notification provide clause for exercising option upto 3 months then how the pay for august will be paid as per seventh pay commission is beyond imagination. It is also surprising that till now no Gazette Notification for pensioners has been issued by the Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare as yet and the press is claiming that hike pension as per seventh pay commission will be paid from the month of august.

Notification regarding acceptance of the recommenations of 7 th cpc in respect of central Government employees was issued on 25-7-2016.Notification in respect of PENSIONERS has not issued so far.Hope this will be issued shortly.
Further,orders forming committees as agreed to on 30-6-2016
have not been issued ,even after one month is lapsed.The term of the committee is 4 months.Now itself one month lapsed.The reason behind for the delay is not known.
