I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even number dated 17th October 2016 and to inform that the meeting under the Chairmanship of Additional Secretary (Expenditure), Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, which was scheduled for 24 October 03.00 will now be held at 04.00 PM on the same day i.e. 24th October 2016 in Room No-72, North Block, New Delhi to discuss the grievances arising out of the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission and their implementation.

House Rent should 2 slab instead of 3 i.e. City X, Y and Z. As because then maximum no of staff will not forgo their transfer in the same capacity from City X to Z city. Moreover the merge of 5000/-, 5500/- and Rs. 6500/- is a great looser for such employee who got promotion to Assistant Director (N.T.) in the Grade pay of Rs. 4600/-. They don’t get any benefit after being promotion from Assistant in the Grade pay Rs. 4600/- to Assistant Director (N.T.) in the grade pay Rs. 4600/-. In this regard the Assistant Director (N.T.) should upgraded otherwise they should get one increment for the purpose. As soon as promoted to higher grade he is more responsible as Asstt. Director. Awaiting for justification and positive result
