No.FEB.124/2017/e(B/S): The Governor of Assam is pleased to declare all the D.D.Os to be DDO for the purpose of drawal of arrear salary for six months w.e.f 01-04-2016 to 30-09-2016 for the arrear arising out of revision of pay as per A.S (ROP) Rules, 2017 under the “Head of Account 2075-Misc. General Services -00-800-3888-Expenditure in connection with revision of pay-000-01-Salary-13-Pay revision arrear-Non-Plan” in respect of the employees for the above mentioned period.
The validity for exercising the power of DDO will be upto 30-09-2017.

In the to be drawn part of my pay drawn statement of 6 months arrear of 2016 i hve been exempted from receiving the technical allowance but in the already drawn part, the technical allowance was shown because of which i was deprived from receiving an amount of Rs 3000..
Can it be possible?..
