Subject:- Clarification regarding leave salary and pension contributions in respect of employees of PSUs who are on secondment to different Government Departments.
The under signed is directed to say that the matter regarding payment of leave salary and pension contribution in respect of employees who are on secondment from public Sector Undertaking t different Government Department was under consideration of this department and after careful consideration it has been decided that in case of secondment from Public Sector Undertaking to Government departments the contribution towards leave salary and pension contribution is required to be borne by the Government departments as has been dome in case of reverse secondment from Government to PSUs vide this departments OM No. Fin (C) A (3)-11/89 dated 17/05/2004.
These orders shall be applicable with immediate effect and also be applicable in case of those Government servants who are already on secondment from Public Sector Undertakings to different Government departments.
The department are requested to take necessary action accordingly to recover the leave salary and pension contribution in all such cases.
