Subject: Revised rates of conveyance allowance to blind and orthopedically differently abled employees of Government of Haryana.
I am directed to invite your kind attention towards Finance Department letter No.5/11/93-1FR (FD) dated 16.08.2011, wherein, rates of conveyance allowance to blind and orthopedically differently abled employees were revised on the basis of the recommendations of the 6th Central Pay Commission.
Now, the State Government has decided to revise the existing rate of conveyance allowance to blind and orthopedically differently abled Employees of Haryana Government @ 10% of the pay in pay matrix, subject to minimum Rs.2500/- (Rs. two thousand five hundred only) and maximum Rs.7200/- (Rs. Seven thousand two hundred only) on the basis of the recommendations of 7th Central Pay Commission. In addition, Dearness Allowance will be admissible on the above said conveyance allowance, as per rate in existence from time to time.
Other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
These orders shall be effective from 01.05.2018
