OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Payment of Travelling Allowance/ Daily Allowance etc. to State Government employees in Himachal Pradesh.
The undersigned is directed to invite a reference to this Department’s OM of even 8th December, 1998 on the subject cited above and to say that it has been decided by the State Government to substitute para No. 17 of the said OM as under:-
17. this OM shall also be applicable to members of all India Services and Central Services (including IAS probationers undergoing training at Lal Bahdur Shastri National Academy of Administration at Mussoorie (LBSNAA) serving in connection with the affairs of the State of Himachal Pradesh.
The IAS probationers shall be entitled to draw TA/DA and composite Transfer grant as per the Central Government Rules applicable from time to time during their stay at LBSNAA.
