OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Regarding Payment of Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance to employees working o Daily wage basis.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject cited above and to say that the matter regarding payment of Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance to employ working on daily wage basic was under consideration of the Government for some time past. After careful consideration of the matter, it has been decided that the daily waged employees while on tour in connection with Government work will be paid TA/DA at per with the rates admissible to the regular employees of corresponding category on the minimum of pay scale.
These orders will come into force with immediate effect.
