Subject: Impact of Salaries on account of Recommendation of 7th Pay Commission.
Kindly refer on the subject noted above.
2. It is intimated that Finance Department has made the provision of expenditure incurred on account of implementation of recommendation of 7th Pay Commission in budget Estimates 2016-17. About 15-20% hike on salary/pension has been taken into account. No extra funds will be provided for 2016-17 in the next financial year 2017-18. Therefore, all the Financial Officers of Universities are requested to manage the funds accordingly.
3. These instructions may also be brought to the notice of all concerned in your University for strict compliance. These instructions are also available on the official website of Finance Department (www.finhry.gov.in).
