Sub.: Submission of fresh application to come under Revised Pay Structure i.e. Pay Matrix in view of the modification of Level 10C under WBS(ROPA) Rules 2019
Ref.: F.D.Memo.No.2830-F(P1) dated 11.07.2022.
In view of the modification of Level 10C vide F. D. Memo. No. 2830-F(P1) dated 11.07.2022 dire necessity is being felt to recast the initial pay fixation and revise the Schedule V [Annexure to Memo.No.14-F(P1) dated 02.01.2019] and I or the promotional pay fixation order made previously taking into account the pre-modified Level 10C since the old Schedule V / pay fixation order is no longer considered valid.
Under the circumstances all concerned are hereby requested to submit fresh application along with filled up Schedule-IV (Option Form) directly to this office allowing recasting the fixation of pay and revising their Schedule V / pay fixation order.
It may also be noted that some of the concerned employees may not be willing to exercise fresh option since the existing option will fulfil their pay benefit. Then recasting and revising the Schedule V or pay fixation order will be done by taking into account their existing option.
The applicants should mention in their application that whether they are exercising the fresh option or giving consent to get his pay fixed considering the existing one.
The option must be exercised within 3 months from the date of issuing the F.D. Memo. No. 2830-F(P 1) dated 11.07.2022 i.e. positively on or before 10.10.2022.
