Notification
The empanelment of the following Health Care Organisations/Diagnostic Centres was extended up to 30.09.2017 vide Finance Department’s Notification No-724-F(MED)WB; Dated 07-08-2017 on existing terms and conditions read with notification nos.4803-F(MED); Dated- 12.09.2014 and 5069-F(MED); Dated- 26.09.2014
Now, the following Health Care Organisations/Diagnostic Centres have inked agreement with the Govt. of West Bengal under the West Bengal Health for all Employees and pensioners cashless medical treatment scheme,2014 on the basis of Memorandum of agreement for a period of further two years or till it is modified or revoked which is earlier.
Accordingly, the Governor is pleased to renew the empanelment period of the said Health Care Organization under the West Bengal Health for all employees and pensioners cashless medical treatment scheme,2014 for two year w.e.f. 01.10.2017 so that beneficiaries under the said scheme may get services there uninterruptedly.
