Sample calculation for pension pre16 pensioners. Table showing only for starting pay scale ie s-7 4000-100-6000/- 6th CPC PB-1 5200-20200 gp 2400-level-4 = minimum pay fixed rs 25500/ what about those pensioners retirement at highest scale of pay rs 6000/- (Last besic pay at retirement) & how to fixed their pension ,although the vi CPC not rectify erroneous after gap of 12yrs so called commeete high power little any attention so far violate art14 eqelity before law.my quarry is that whether I will be benefited this on.pls any one clarified .

sir. being group ‘D’ employee coiuld not understand the tables given. i was retired in 1991 vrs basic was 940/- present pension is 9000/- pm. what ismy benfit now. pl inform and oblige.
