they should be kind, They must have moral character. Its very difficults to teacher to bear such manners in such low salary as seventh pay commission recmanded for them. For being a Primary Teacher candidate should be 12th pass should clear diploma entrance test, after getting admission he should pass diploma, after passing diploma he should clear teacher eligibility test, after passing eligibility test. he must pass with merit in selection exam. A TGT teacher takes 12 year in school education,3 year in graduation and clear a test for 2 year B.ed after he must required to clear teacher eligibility test, after that Selection exam test then he get 4200 or 4600 grade pay but simple graduate gets job very easily and get more salary then teachers. AAO/AO /SOs are examples of this. They get promotion just within completing 5 or 7 years but there are many examples teachers are not gets promotion upto 20 years there some of them are M.phil or Phd. Qualified.its very unjustice for teachers communmity.

An employee was in a particular scale under Fifth CPC since 2000. He earned six increments in that scale under Fifth CPC and got his pay revised under Sixth CPC on 10th January. He again earned 11 increments under Sixth CPC. How many increments for him would be considered for his pay fixation in the new scale notionally under seventh CPC?
