Subject: 3rd Cadre Review of Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service — reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM No. 15/1/2014 — C.S. II (A) dated 05.10.2018 wherein it was decided to downgrade the vacancies arising out of retirement, death, or VRS of incumbents promoted to the newly created additional posts in the grade of Sr. PPS, PPS to Stenographer Gr. ‘D’ during the next four years.
2. In accordance with above and in continuation with O.M. No. 1/4/2021- C.S. II (A) dated 08.03.2021 of this Department, 62 additionally created posts in PPS grade and 5 additionally created posts in Sr.PPS grade are hereby downgraded to Stenographers Grade ‘D’ posts with immediate effect. These downgraded posts shall hereby be operated at the level of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ in SLY 2021.
3. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
