The Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, Government of India has issued an Officer Memorandum on March 9th, 2023, extending the timelines for writing Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of top management incumbents of Central Public Enterprises (CPSEs) for the year 2021-22. The revised cutoff dates are specified for the appraisal by Reporting Authority, Reviewing Authority, and Accepting Authority. All administrative Ministries/Departments are requested to take note of this relaxation and take necessary action.

OFFICER MEMORANDUM
Subject: – Extension in prescribed timelines for writing Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of top management incumbents of Central Public Enterprises (CPSEs) for the year 2021-22.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 9th April, 2019 and 27th December,2022 to state that it has been decided to further extend the timelines for writing APARs of top management incumbents of CPSEs for the year 2021-22 in the following manner:-
