Sub: Emergency treatment in private/corporate Hospitals empaneled by Railway Administration-reg.
Ref: O.M.No.S.11011/29/2019-EHS dated 13th September, 2019 issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Department of Health & Family Welfare) to all Ministries/Department of Government of India etc,.
A copy of the O.M. dated 13th September, 2019 issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Department of Health & Family Welfare) relating to medical treatment in emergency in the CGHS empaneled hospitals, is enclosed.
NFIR, requests the Railway Board to issue corresponding instructions to the Zones etc to provide medical treatment to the Railway employees and RELHS beneficiaries (with family members) in emergency in the hospitals empaneled by the Railway Administrations on Zones/Production Units without insisting on referral memo so as to avoid hardships. A copy of the instructions issued may be endorsed to the Federation.
